The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of awareness and emotional expression interventions on the anger and pain intensity of women with breast cancer. The current research was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a two-month follow-up. In this study, 50 qualified people were selected by available sampling and randomly replaced into two groups awareness and emotional expression therapy (25 people) and control group (25 people). For the experimental group, awareness and emotional expression therapy was performed during 8 sessions of 90 minutes. Research data were collected through Siegel's Multidimensional Anger Scale questionnaire and Visual Pain Scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed in SPSS software version 23 and by repeated measure analysis of covariance.
